The internal micrometer is a precision instrument used to accurately measure the internal dimensions of workpieces. It is particularly used in metalworking and manufacturing when exact diameters need to be determined.

Huge measuring range from Ø 30 to 400 mm is covered with 6 instruments. Max. Ø 1150 mmHighest precision: Error limit ± 2 µm up to Ø 140 mm / ± 4 µm up to Ø 400 mm, repeatability ± 1 µm1 revolution = 1 mm. Display of 1 mm, 0.01 (100 divisions/rev), 0.001 (Vernier) no reading errors, no calculations!Automatic self-centering for easy and safe handlingBlind hole measurement down to the bottom, even for deep boreholes. Can be extended over several meters without loss of accuracyThermally protected and thermal compensating constructionAutomatic, linear wear correction through simple adjustmentCost reduction through high measuring rangeSavings on calibration and certification costsHighly accurate, durable performance, low costSwissMadeA detailed description of our system and its advantages can be found

Our inside micrometers are designed for the highest accuracy and offer precise measurements in the micrometer range. Specific accuracy information can be found in the technical specifications of each model.

Our digital internal micrometers support millimeters and inches. You can easily set the units you want according to your requirements.
